Our sauces range from mild to medium spicy. Each product page includes a spice level guide to help you find the perfect match for your heat tolerance.


5. How should I store pasteurized fermented hot sauce?

Unopened bottles can be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating the sauce to maintain its fresh taste and quality.


6. How long does your hot sauce last?

Unopened, pasteurized hot sauces have a long shelf life (up to 12-18 months). After opening, they stay fresh for up to 2 months when refrigerated, though they often last longer. 


7. Are your sauces vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free?

Yes! All our sauces are made with plant-based, gluten-free ingredients, making them suitable for a wide range of diets.

Nope! Our sauces are made with all-natural ingredients. The pasteurization process ensures shelf stability without the need for artificial preservatives.
