I absolutely love the idea, and almost ideal choice of ingredients, cherry on top being to thicken it with Gond, the sauces are fermented adequately, and are hot enough to burn but tasty enough to go in for another dip. Please give it a try. My favourite it the tango tau as it leaves a sweet and hot feel on the palate, that I enjoy.
Ordered this combo and have been using these sauces regularly with all my favourite foods! Very light to eat as they don't use oil in making this.
